In keeping with the continued efforts of the state office to connect with our youth and THRIVE in North Carolina COGOP, the Leadership Development Ministry in partnership with Bishop Davis and the CORE Youth Ministries is pleased to announce the offering of SOPAS - CORE Scholarships for our youth.  These scholarships will allow those young people ages 16 - 30 who desire to attend SOPAS to attend without COST to them.  The DELC will pay the cost.  The only requirement will be a recommendation from the Pastor.  Pastors are encouraged to recommend and send those young people who they feel will most benefit from the exposure to this valuable training opportunity.
