Bishop Frank Taylor, Pastor of Coats and State Advisory Board Committeeman, was recently elected to the Erwin Town Board of Commissioners. Bishop Taylor was elected for the first time. He was appointed to finish the term the Ward 1 seat in July 2008 after the death of Commissioner.
