Admissions Procedures and Requirements:
Diploma Program (Matriculation):
All applicants applying for admission to one of the School of Theology
academic programs must have a high school diploma, general equivalency
diploma (G.E.D.) or an equivalent academic achievement approved by the
Academic Dean. The one exception would be the Diploma program, however,
applicants must be sufficiently competent in English language written
and oral skills. Applicants must be U. S. citizens or have appropriate
resident status that allows the applicant to attend classes at the State
School of Theology.
Documents for Admissions:
Applicants seeking admission to the School of Theology must submit the
following documents:
A completed application
A non-refundable application fee of $35.00
A copy of the applicant's high school diploma, G.E.D or equivalent
(Exception - Diploma Program)
Official college or post-high school institution transcripts (for
transfer students only when applicable)
Pastoral letter of reference on official letterhead from the Pastor of
the church that the applicant regularly attends
Admission will not be granted until the Office of the Registrar receives
all documents and is approved by the Office of the Academic Dean.
