North Carolina Church of God of Prophecy Leadership & Discipleship Development Ministries (LDD) is focused on assisting our local churches into developing into strong, healthy churches that will make a powerful impact within their community. LDD serves the NC churches through ELEVATE Pastors & Leaders Conferences, ENGAGE One-Day Leadership Trainings, School of David, Youth Ministries, Men's Ministry, and various other resources. We are focused on fulfilling the Vision of the NC COGOP and creating a culture of learning throughout our churches.

BISHOP KENNY & MELISSA LEE
Bishop Kenny and Melissa are currently serving as Leadership & Discipleship Development Directors for the NC COGOP. They have served in ministry for over 25 years in various roles, where currently they serve as Senior Pastor and Founder of Harvest Church of God of Prophecy in Willow Springs NC. Bishop Kenny & Melissa have two children Breanna Lee & Austin Lee and one grandson, Kaiden Jeremiah Lee. They both carry a passion for education and discipleship and love working with other ministry leaders to develop healthy and strong local churches.
