Staying at the event hotel is highly recommended, and sharing a room provides the greatest economic value. Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Hotel checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

If you prefer a suite with Double Beds, please advise the Reservation Center at the time of your call, as there is only a limited number of Double rooms. Please be advised that this is an all-suite property, and each suite has a queen-sized sofa bed in addition to the King or Double Beds in the bedroom.  All rooms will be based on availability until our block is full.

For conference attendees registered at the Embassy Suites, a full hot breakfast buffet is included for up to two guests per room.  Additional guests will be $10 per person. Breakfast for non-Embassy Suites guests is $10/person.

There is a $5 per night parking charge.

 

Additionally, there are no per-session rates, infants, children, walk-ins, or unregistered guests allowed in sessions.
