S2S has discounted room rates while supplies last. You can choose to reserve your room at Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites. Staying at the hotel is highly recommended, and sharing a room provides the greatest economic value.
Rates, Deposit, and Credit Card Holds
The discounted nightly rate for S2S Hotel reservations at both Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites is $141/night.
A deposit is required for S2S reservations at Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites.
A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.
You may see an additional hold on your credit card upon check-in (approx. $35/night).
Double & King Beds
Please note that Embassy Suites has limited double rooms, but there is a large block of double rooms at Homewood Suites just across the parking lot.
If you prefer a suite with double beds, please select that option online or advise the Reservation Center at the time of your call. Please be advised that all King or Double rooms will be based on availability until our block is full.
Breakfast
A full hot breakfast buffet is included for conference attendees registered at the Embassy Suites.
